    Dear Sir,
    I would like to take guidance from you about a case which to place in our organisation,
    We have appointed a Senior Candidate at VP-Production, he had a conversation with one our female subordinates, he just complemented that she has a good height and looking beautiful, on this the female subordinates was asked by our Sexual Committee members to give in writing about the entire dialogue, and same we discussed in the meeting and the AVP was asked to resign, can you suggest was this right decision taken by the company

    Whether there is any alternative solutions should have been suggested by the Sexual Committee, is there any provision that we can give a warning for this incidence and if repeated again we can take action to terminate.
