India one of the most corrupt countries

While Indians turn out to be hard workers, they seem to be earning more than what they legally should be. The Political & Economic Risk Consultancy Ltd (PERC) conducted a survey of corruption levels in countries and placed them on the scale of 1 to 10 where 10 being the most corrupt. India managed to be the 4th worst country in Asia Pacific Region with 8.67 points just behind Philippines (8.9 points), Indonesia (9.25 points) and Cambodia (9.27 points).

The least corrupt countries across the world were Singapore with a score of 0.37, followed by Hong Kong (1.10), Australia (1.39), Japan (1.90) and USA (2.39).
