HR Manager beaten to death by workers

In a bizarre incident that happened in Gaziabad, near Delhi a HR Manager of Allied Nippon Factory was brutally beaten up along with other senior HR officals of the company. The unfortunate HR Manager Mr. Joginder Singh, aged 45 was injured so badly that he succumbed to the injury and was pronounced dead the same afternoon.

Such an incident is a serious eye opener for any Company Official who would be considered instrumental in decision making on  matters concerning employees.  It would be of interest to note that when the clash between the HR Officials and workmen broke out, the  HR Officials tried to contact the Unions leaders of the concerned workers  but none of them could be reached.

    it’s very bad in our democratic country that in spite of negotiation workers are so voilent that they murdered their senior officials.

    Poor civil laws are also one reasons for these atrocious acts by these mobs.
