Employees Compensation-Amendment Act 2017
The Employee’s Compensation (Amendment) Bill, 2016 was introduced in Lok Sabha on August 5, 2016 by the Minister for Labour and Employment, Mr. Bandaru Dattatreya. The Bill amends the Employee’s Compensation Act, 1923. 1. Withdrawal age has been increased from 54 years to 57 years under para 68NN – Withdrawal within one year before retirement.

12 days privelage leave
12 days sick leave
12 days casual leave
13 days holiday (4 National Holidays and 9 festival holidy)is applicable for shops and commercial establishment act employees.

Can anybody let me know whether it is compulsory to work for at least three in a week to get the weekly holiday… means if we are taking 4 paid leaves in a week then aren’t we entitled for a weekly holiday which we usually get.
