50% Indian employees plan to change jobs: Mercer survey

About 54% of Indian employees are seriously considering leaving their jobs for better opportunities in terms of career and base pay. Women may be leading the exodus as 58% say they are considering leaving, versus 53% for men. Around 66% of employees under age 24 are seriously considering leaving. [Courtesy : ET]

    Dear Participants

    i would like u to share some views on job gap. If someone is looking for Hr jobs and if he doesn’t get it for 6 to 7 months shall he/she still wait or should go for some others jobs out of career.

    It all a question of how your needs are aligned. If immediate money is the requirement you may as well shift job roll but that could take a toll on your career path.
